Schools And Groups Coordinator

Description:

As Schools and Groups Coordinator within our Education Team you will be answering incoming guest enquiries via email and telephone, inputting bookings into our internal system and sending confirmations.

You will also work alongside the Education Workshop team during the school term, supporting their delivery within our Learning Academy. You will ensure that all Schools and Groups enquiries are dealt with efficiently, professionally and in line with the standards set by our dynamic Brand Team.

Qualifications & Experience
 

• Proven experience working within a customer service environment, finding flexible resolutions and maintaining a high standard of professionalism throughout your interactions
• A clear and confident communicator in both verbal and written communications
• Passionate about delivering the highest standard of guest service
• Understanding of KPI targets and how to maximise efficiency to achieve those targets is desirable
• Ideally, you’ll have previously worked within an educational setting
