What do I need to see?
 

• Strong expertise in Scala is essential
• Or a tech wizard in Java with 4 years commercial experience as a minimum. Spring & Hibernate too
• Proven experience working to agile delivery
• TDD & Unit testing would be really beneficial and would help beat your market competition.
• Overall positive attitude and show genuine passion for the field
• Knowledgeable on all SOLID principles
• Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Previous consultancy experience will be beneficial but by no means essential
