Requirements

• Excellent experience in HR services delivery.
• Demonstrable experience in the implementation of SuccessFactors.
• Experience of multiple end to end global (more than 5 countries) deployment projects - Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
• Demonstrable communication and presentation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of one or more of the SuccessFactors Talent modules.
• Minimum: SuccessFactors Associate Level Certification in Recruiting and Onboarding.
• Professional certifications are advantageous
• Ability to run clear and engaging customer meetings and workshops.
