Description:
As a Salesperson, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will be responsible for handling leads, building partnerships, and promoting our high-quality SMART repair services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively seek new business opportunities with dealerships, leasing companies and private customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Conduct site visits and consultations to assess customer needs.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
• Represent Revive! Swansea professionally and uphold our brand values.
Salary & Benefits:
• Base salary: £22,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience).
• Commission structure: 5-15% of sales revenue or a fixed amount per deal closed.
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): £35,000 – £50,000+ per year for high performers.

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven sales experience (automotive industry experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• A self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full UK driving license.
