Description:

8-12 years of experience in Salesforce Development

Deep Technical knowledge of Salesforce Products and Features, Capabilities, Optimal Usage and how to deploy, including knowledge of the Salesforce Platform and the Ecosystem

Required work experience in developing Lightning Web Components, Lightning Aura Frameworks & UI design of web pages. Hands on experience in Lightning Design System Components and Lightning App Builder. Solid understanding of the Salesforce Architecture. Thorough understanding of SFDC Governor Limits and Best Practices Guidelines

Ability to debug Performance Issues, both at Client layer and APEX layer

Design capability expertise (compatibility factor around desktop, laptop, mobile devices, etc.)

Knowledge on different Integration Patterns and various Asynchronous Capabilities in Salesforce and its use cases

Familiarity with Platform Authentication Patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth)

Strong Understanding of Salesforce Sandbox Environment Management, Release Management, Code Versioning Best Practices and Deployment Methodologies (SFDX and/or via Native tools like Copado, AutoRABIT, etc.)

Hands-on experience with Apex Classes and Triggers including but not limited to Synchronous and Asynchronous Apex, Trigger Architectures, SOQL, SOSL, sObjects, Apex Test Classes and Debugging

Proficient in Data Migration (Apex Data Loader), Custom Settings, Validation Rules, Process/Flow Builder, etc.

In-depth understanding of Profiles, Roles, Sharing & Visibility, Tasks, Workflows, etc.

Technical Delivery of Custom Development, Integrations and Data Migration elements of the Salesforce Implementation

Experience in Salesforce Products suite including Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience Cloud & Commerce Clouds will be an added advantage

Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (required) plus any other Salesforce Certifications (especially Salesforce Platform Developer II and/or Salesforce JavaScript Developer I)
