Description:

As a Salesforce Developer, you’ll report into the Client Technology Lead. You’ll be responsible for the design, development, testing, and change management of the Salesforce platform.

You will participate in analysis of business requirements and system enhancements, provide detailed level of estimates for proposed solutions and be able to articulate benefits or

limitations of the system capabilities.

You, as the Salesforce Developer, will be contributing to the development of the client service proposition, including but not limited to, Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

As a Salesforce Developer, you’ll design, develop, and test changes to the Salesforce platform.

More importantly, you will drive and advocate the adoption of software engineering best practice specifically regarding integrations, releases, development and testing.

💸This Senior Salesforce Developer role is a permanent position paying up to £85,000 + bonus + a very generous package.

💡The firm operate a hybrid approach, with 3 days per week in the office, in London, City.

📍The offices are located near Liverpool street station, with access to other stations close by.

Experience needed for this Senior Salesforce Developer role

• A minimum of 3+ Years of Salesforce Development Experience
• Experience from within a Financial Services Company is preferred
• Experience using JIRA and working with Agile methodologies, CI/CD and Test Automation
• Salesforce Certifications (e.g. Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II)
• Development experience in Salesforce Cloud - (e.g. Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC) , Flows, Process Builders, Salesforce APIs, custom objects and fields, validation rules, workflows etc)
• Proficiency with Salesforce integrations, ideally within an FS space.
• You can give examples of what you consider to be good practices in Salesforce development and software engineering, and how you have tried to implement those practices in previous roles
• Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
