Description:
CCS Media Operations Team (an Advania Company) has an opportunity for a Sales Support within our Order Fulfilment Team.
You'll be supporting our day-to-day business and have an eagerness for offering improvements in processes.
Key Responsibilities
- To process orders created daily and to progress back orders with all suppliers and vendors, while managing the objectives of cost and delivery performance and continually monitoring, evaluating, and improving the quality of service we provide to our customers.
- Manage and maintain supplier relationships.
- Maintain current and accurate internal supplier information.
- Processing purchase orders
- Progression of purchase orders, obtaining due dates & updating the system to reflect ETAs.
- Work with sales and other teams to resolve price queries and delivery issues.
- Co-ordinate the booking in and invoicing of purchase orders.
- Obtaining proof of delivery & additional delivery information as and when required.
- Liaise with internal sales account managers to resolve order queries.
