Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to position our offerings effectively and simplify complex technical terms into comprehensive content, for non-tech stakeholders
Collaborate with global cross-functional teams, to develop Support and Managed Service solutions that align with client requirements and business goals
Generate proposals, statement of works, presentations, and collaborate on technical elements of RFI’s/RFP’s
Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their business challenges and objectives by conducting assessments, to propose tailored solutions
Clearly articulate the value proposition of our solutions to clients through compelling sales presentations, demonstrations, and proposals, to highlight the features, benefits, and ROI of our solutions
Proven success with over 3+ years of experience in selling Managed Services while handling multi-contract deals with Enterprise Customer
Effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions to a non-technical audience
