  • Business Development - Microsoft Support Services, complex managed service deals
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to position our offerings effectively and simplify complex technical terms into comprehensive content, for non-tech stakeholders
  • Collaborate with global cross-functional teams, to develop Support and Managed Service solutions that align with client requirements and business goals
  • Generate proposals, statement of works, presentations, and collaborate on technical elements of RFI’s/RFP’s
  • Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their business challenges and objectives by conducting assessments, to propose tailored solutions
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of our solutions to clients through compelling sales presentations, demonstrations, and proposals, to highlight the features, benefits, and ROI of our solutions
  • Proven success with over 3+ years of experience in selling Managed Services while handling multi-contract deals with Enterprise Customer
  • Effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions to a non-technical audience
