Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with convenience channel customers across your assigned area.
  • Execute direct market activations, ensuring Monster Energy’s brand presence is maximised.
  • Lead in-store promotional executions to drive sales and awareness.
  • Train and coach distributor partner staff to ensure they are aligned with Monster Energy’s goals and values.
  • Distribute and manage POS materials to ensure impactful visibility in stores.
  • Secure new independent retailers that align with Monster Energy’s customer profile.
  • Ensure correct product range distribution per outlet and maintain the desired product mix.
  • Deliver POS materials and merchandising to both existing stockists and newly acquired outlets.
  • Collaborate closely with distribution partners, ensuring seamless execution of agreed promotional campaigns.
  • Collect and communicate valuable market insights to distributors, helping shape future strategies.
  • Complete and submit activity reports on time as per company policy.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with Monster Energy’s procedures.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Flexible, enthusiastic, and hardworking, with a genuine passion for sales and a strong desire to build a career in the FMCG sector.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in fast-paced and evolving environments.
  • Strong diplomacy and advocacy skills, capable of influencing distributor partners, internal teams, and external customers.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, with the ability to set personal objectives and drive consistent business development.
  • Quick learner with creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Manual driver’s license is required, as regular travel within the territory will be essential.
