A one-off opportunity for an inspiring people-motivator to take over the media sales team for a flagship portfolio servicing the tech market in Europe.

 

Within this purely managerial role you will be tasked with spearheading the development, motivation and training of your six-person sales team.

You’ll need to able to demonstrate:

 

  • Tangible experience in managing, developing and motivating sales teams?
  • A thorough understanding of digital advertising media inventory and live and virtual event partnerships or subscription / business intelligence experience
  • Have a burning desire and ability to help your team achieve targets?
  • Possess a calm disposition and operate well under pressure?
  • Have fabulous communication and people-management?
  • Understanding of various ‘best practice’ sales processes (inclusive of CRM management, reporting, forecasting, mentoring/coaching, pipeline management & solution sales)
  • A proven methodology of team recruitment, induction, training and development
  • A driven, commission hungry attitude
  • Gravitas and leadership
