Sales Manager

Your Role: As a pivotal member of our team, you'll lead sales efforts across London and UK, engaging clients remotely with your outstanding communication and negotiation skills. While technical/engineering knowledge isn't mandatory, prior industry experience in construction or manufacturing will be a significant advantage!

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all communications between the company and clients. Engage with clients in all forms of communication email, phone, in person, and on site
  • Adhere to Monthly & Quarterly KPIs of Sales Targets. The commission structure is uncapped, high performers also receive annual cash bonus
  • Cultivate strong relationships the firm has established with designers, clients and business partners. You will be the face of the company and hence expected to be professional and tactful
  • Manage operational workflow related to sales department: maintain HubSpot - CRM database of the client book, build Excel reports for management when needed
  • Lead the entire lifecycle of the sales process: initial communication--> quotes --> site visits with engineers --> sales contracts --> follow ups.
