Description:

CloserStill Media, a global leader in B2B events, is seeking a Sales Executive to drive exhibition stand and sponsorship sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of revenue targets for industry-leading events.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Management:

  • Manage daily personal sales pipelines and administration.

  • Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships.

  • Execute the event sales strategy to exceed exhibitor and sponsorship sales targets.

  • Canvas and visit competitor events to assess market trends and business opportunities.

  • Arrange and attend client meetings to pitch sales proposals.

  • Respond to incoming emails and phone inquiries promptly.

  • Negotiate agreements and close sales efficiently.

  • Prepare and send detailed sales proposals to prospective clients.

  • Continuously review sales performance and work toward exceeding targets.

Market Research & Business Development:

  • Conduct in-depth market and customer research to identify potential business.

  • Monitor and analyze competitor strategies for sales insights.

  • Uphold a minimum of 90 minutes of daily phone sales activity.

  • Participate in "power hours" with pre-identified, well-researched prospects.

  • Attend training sessions to enhance sales skills and performance.

Team Collaboration & Administration:

  • Participate in team meetings to share best practices and sales strategies.

  • Support the smooth execution of events as required.

  • Collaborate with Event Directors and Show Managers to align with business goals.

  • Maintain accurate records of personal sales activities and progress.

Requirements:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.

  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

  • Experience in exhibitions, sponsorship sales, or event management is a plus.
