As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of these iconic brands, building valuable relationships with key contacts in convenience stores and independent retailers across your territory. You’ll play a vital role in driving product visibility, boosting sales, and educating store owners about new products and promotions. This is a role where your personality, sales drive, and passion for results will shine.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Act as the key brand ambassador for Molson Coors and Haribo within your assigned territory
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with key in-store contacts in convenience and independent stores
✅ Maximise brand awareness by ensuring products are prominently displayed and store staff are fully informed about product ranges and promotions
✅ Promote new products and maintain strong stock levels in all key outlets
✅ Secure additional product placements, promotional displays, and marketing materials to boost sales
✅ Collaborate with your fellow Sales Executives across the region and the UK to share best practices and achieve team-wide goals
✅ Work toward both individual sales KPIs and contribute to team incentives
Required Skills & Experience:
✔ Full UK manual driving licence (held for a minimum of 12 months) and comfortable driving a company-provided van (Citroen Berlingo)
✔ Sales experience is desirable, but strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential
✔ Passion for sales and a target-driven mindset
✔ Self-motivation with the ability to work independently while being part of a supportive regional team
✔ Professionalism and integrity, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service
✔ Please note: Molson Coors operates a zero-tolerance policy for any drink-related offences, including drink driving convictions
