OFX is on an exciting growth journey, revolutionizing how businesses and individuals manage money globally. As we expand in the EMEA region, we are hiring an Entry-Level Sales Executive to join our dynamic Corporate Sales Team.

This role is an excellent opportunity to kickstart your career in financial services and fintech, with a clear progression path to the Business Development Manager (BDM) team. You will play a vital role in sourcing, qualifying, and enriching leads, directly supporting the BDMs in expanding OFX’s client base.

Comprehensive in-house training, including 1-on-1 mentorship and structured development programs, will be provided to maximize your potential.


Key Responsibilities:

📞 Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Cold calling, networking, and researching to identify and qualify new prospects.
  • Engage with financial decision-makers to generate interest in OFX’s solutions.

🤝 Sales & Client Engagement

  • Present OFX as a valuable partner for global payment solutions.
  • Work closely with Business Development Managers to ensure a seamless transition for new clients.

📝 Sales Administration & Reporting

  • Maintain and manage sales pipeline within the CRM system.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and contribute to sales strategy discussions.

Candidate Requirements:

✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
✅ Strong telephone skills and a professional manner.
✅ Interest in Sales, Financial Services, or Fintech.
Self-motivated, driven, and eager to develop a career in sales.
✅ Creative and persistent, with a passion for client engagement.
✅ Interest in financial markets (preferred but not essential).
