Description:
Lookers Worcester Mercedes-Benz is looking for an ambitious and experienced Sales Executive to join their dynamic and friendly sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering first-class customer service while helping customers find the perfect vehicles to suit their needs. You will work alongside a dedicated team, with the opportunity to develop your skills and grow your career in one of the UK's top automotive retailers.
The role offers a competitive OTE of £65,000, including a £25,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers via email, telephone, and in person.
- Suggest suitable vehicles based on customers' needs and preferences.
- Arrange and accompany customers on test drives.
- Negotiate the final sale price and complete relevant paperwork for each transaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and passionate about sales.
- Target-driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Previous experience in a similar sales role within the automotive industry is preferred, but not essential.
- Full UK driving license is required, as you may be expected to drive prestigious vehicles.
