Responsibilities

Achieving personal and performance targets, contributing to overall section/team targets, you will work with allocated TPI’s to ensure that any issues are minimised and key relationships are built.

 

Operating SAP and delivering a quality service, dealing with queries including sales, registration, billing, COT and renewals as key processes, you will be required to operate Salesforce in an efficient and compliant manner.

 

Adhering to compliance, ensuring relevant documents are in place to enable Brokers to manage the ScottishPower customer account, you will liaise with third party suppliers and internal departments regarding any issues, ensuring prompt resolution to satisfaction.

 

Supporting the Team Manager/Operations Manager to contribute to the overall performance of the team, you will represent ScottishPower to Brokers, ensuring a positive and professional attitude is always relayed.

 

Additionally, working with our Area Sales Development Manager team to ensure full account support, you will be proactive in supporting the Broker portfolio by identifying any issues or opportunities upfront.

 

 

What you’ll bring

We are looking for excellent candidates with a high level of computer literacy, an analytical mind, educated to the required standard and with an aptitude for numbers and quality.

 

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate as a minimum:

 

  • Experience of SAP in a service environment is preferred
  • A creative ability, coupled with good interpersonal skills necessary to relate and build relationships at various levels
  • Extremely self-motivated with a positive attitude towards team development and sales targets
  • Ability to work on own or as part of a team
