Sales Executive

 

Description:

We are looking for an exceptional Sales Executive to work across our businesses and support at different stages in the pipeline to convert customers. There is a mix of direct D2C sales and upsell opportunities. Your day-to-day role will involve working closely with the marketing team and delivery team on a range of projects to identify and capitalise on opportunities to increase revenue for the businesses.

 

This is a remote position, but one which is very hands on, with no two days being the same.

 

This role has real scope to make it your own during this exciting period of business growth. We are looking for someone who is able to hit the ground running, loves tech and is willing to get stuck into a position that has huge potential. This isn’t an entry level position so we are looking for someone who already has relevant experience.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Work towards and achieve objectives based on conversion of leads, sales and revenue
  • Manage personal pipeline, building in- depth knowledge of customers
  • Review and report on progress, adjusting activities to ensure ongoing achievement of KPIs, including sales targets
  • Proactively communicate process improvement opportunities both, within the sales team and across the business, particularly where sales performance or sold margin can be improved
  • Understand the product and customer portfolio and use sales techniques suitable for the market
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders.

 

 

The skills you need:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience in D2C sales
  • Experience in the wedding or Celebrant industry is preferred but not essential
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Extremely organised and methodical in your approach to work with the ability to manage varying workloads and tasks simultaneously
  • You will be able to work with minimal supervision
  • Be a self-starter and highly motivated
  • Have bags of enthusiasm, initiative and approachable personality

  • Have great timekeeping, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Work well under pressure and thrive in a fast-changing environment; able to navigate through occasional ambiguity while remaining calm
