Description:
LeadsHive, a dynamic and rapidly growing marketing solutions company, is seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executives to join our international sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to companies worldwide and promoting the comprehensive marketing options offered by LeadsHive, including Social Media Management, Google PPC, and Social Ads, focused on Lead Generation for businesses in most industries around the world.
Responsibilities:
1. Prospect and generate leads: Identify potential clients and initiate contact through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking, to present LeadsHive's marketing services.
2. Consultative selling: Understand the unique needs and objectives of prospective clients and provide tailored marketing solutions that align with their business goals. (Assistance can be given here by a senior member of the LeadsHive team).
3. Present and demonstrate solutions: Effectively communicate the value proposition of LeadsHive's marketing services, showcasing the benefits and advantages to potential clients through presentations, and advantageousproduct demonstrations. Proposals will then be sent to the clients from the senior team at LeadsHive.
4. Negotiate and close deals (with relevant experience only): Collaborate with clients to develop customised marketing campaigns, negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts, and ultimately secure new business partnerships. (Assistance will be given here by a senior member of the LeadsHive team).
5. Relationship management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients (not expected but advantagious for continued commission payout), acting as a trusted advisor and providing ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and maximise client retention.
6. Stay informed: we do ask you to try your best to keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to effectively position LeadsHive's services and maintain a competitive edge. New information on competition, ideas for new businesses and offerings to our clients will also continue to provide LeadsHive a competitive advantage.
Requirements:
1. Ideally, proven sales experience: Demonstrated success in a B2B sales role, within the marketing or advertising industry. Experience in selling social media management, Google PPC, or digital advertising solutions is highly desirable.
2. Excellent communication skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Proficiency in English is required, and additional languages are a plus.
3. Strong negotiation skills: Ability to navigate complex sales cycles, handle objections, and close deals while maintaining a win-win approach with clients.
4. Self-motivated and target-driven: Proactive, ambitious, and goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets. Previous experience working in a commission-based role is advantageous.
5. Adaptability and resilience: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and demonstrate resilience in the face of challenges. Flexibility to work with clients across different time zones is essential.
6. Tech-savvy: Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and CRM software is preferred. The willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry developments is essential.
7. International sales experience: Experience in selling to international clients and understanding cultural nuances in different markets is highly valued.
