Sales Executive

We are looking for passionate and driven people, who thrive in a financially rewarding environment. This person plays an integral role in the success of the business, this includes contacting customers who have expressed an interest in a fuel card with us as well as generating your own leads. We will provide all the training you need! Experience within B2B sales would be advantageous as well as a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

 

A bit about what you’ll be doing

 

  • Match the best fuel card to the customers' individual requirements.
  • Reduce the use of industry jargon to simplify the product for the customer.
  • Sell the benefits of our fuel cards to ensure our brand stands out within the fuel card industry
  • Effective questioning to gather relevant information from the customer.
  • Ensure the very best customer experience on every call.
  • Manage customers post-sale, for a set period of time
  • Build relationships with all customers to maximise sales.
  • Achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Put your sales skills to the test through mainly outbound calls.
  • Use your initiative to generate new leads through several sources such as LinkedIn.
  • Use your knowledge/training in the fuel card industry to be creative with customers' fuel card needs
  • Regularly research and take part in training to learn new sales techniques.
  • Have a problem-solving attitude and be able to overcome adversity relatively easily.
