Sales Distribution Specialist

 

Description:

As a WS Hair Pro Distributor, you will be responsible for managing and growing the sales of WS Hair Pro Luxury Tools within your region. You will work closely with salon owners, retailers, and direct consumers to introduce them to our premium product line, ensuring they receive the full WS Hair Pro experience.

 

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase sales and expand product distribution within the designated region.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with salon owners, beauty supply stores, and other relevant retail outlets.

- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

- Arrange and oversee in-person product demonstrations and presentations.

- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

- Ensure timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs and objectives.

- Provide regular sales reports to the management team, along with market feedback regarding product improvements or new products.

 

Qualifications:

- Proven work experience as a sales distributor, sales executive, or relevant role in sales, preferably within the beauty industry.

- Strong ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

- Experience in customer relationship management.

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

- Highly motivated with a drive to succeed and a passion for sales.
