Strategic Planning: To develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive commercial objectives.

Sales Management: To lead, mentor, and manage the commercial sales team, driving high performance and surpassing sales targets.

Revenue Growth: To spearhead revenue increase through new business development, account expansion, and sales process optimization.

Market Analysis: To conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, monitor competitor activity, and tailor strategies accordingly.

Client Relations: To cultivate and sustain strong client relationships to ensure elevated levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

Budget Management: To strategize and oversee the commercial sales budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation.

Performance Metrics: To establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators for the sales team.

Collaboration: To collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to align and support sales initiatives.
