Sales Director

As a result of our continued success, you'll be joining as our second Sales Director. You are a strategic and results-driven leader that will support our growth and expansion within the UK & Ireland. Reporting to the EMEA VP of Sales, you’ll be responsible for continuing the building of our book of business with new logos by growing and managing your sales team!

You possess extensive knowledge of the HR industry, workflows, processes and the ability to communicate the differentiated value of our platform. You will be leading a team of Account Executives and will be working closely with our Sales Engineering department. You are a forward-thinking, collaborative, creative leader who is passionate about growing their team at a company that’s changing what people thought HR could do.

Responsibilities
 

  • Recruit top sales talent into the organisation
  • Achieve annual sales team quota and quarterly targets. Deliver regional bookings goals via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing.
  • Manage day-to-day performance of Account Executives tracking KPIs
  • Provide continuous forecast for weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives and pipeline accuracy through Salesforce
  • Develop and implement regional pipeline growth strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with SDR/BDR, SE Managers & Marketing teams to improve conversion rates
  • Coach and provide ongoing skills assessments of your team
  • Work with customers to better understand their business needs and goals
  • Target key decision makers, determine buying readiness and timelines
  • Network with market influencers, consultants and partners
  • Ensure all new employees are properly on-boarded, ramped, and trained
     

Requirements
 

  • Demonstrable experience in 2nd line management and leadership experience of SaaS sales teams
  • A hunter & closer with proven negotiation skills
  • Experience with Enterprise clients and sales cycles
  • Passionate for building and managing a high performing team
  • Exceptional ability to effectively communicate and influence
  • Analytical orientation to drive results, accurately forecasting and hitting revenue targets
  • Strong work ethic, integrity and desire to succeed
  • Experience with HR-tech products
