Description:
We’re looking for an exceptional individual who is focused, organised and results driven with an excellent proven track record (ideally with experience in the professional haircare sector).
As a Business Development Manager (BDM) for Salon Focus Ltd your time will be split between managing an account base of existing salons and winning new business.
Your overarching objective will be to build long-term relationships with customers and execute commercial plans to achieve a greater In Salon Market Share.
Requirements
• A proven track record of exceeding sales targets
• Proficient time management and multi-tasking
• Start and develop new and existing client relationships.
• Very Presentable with a pleasing personality
• Professional communication skills
• Previous B2B sales experience within industry preferred, but not essential.
