About the role:

As a Sales Consultant, you're responsible for helping our customers buy cars from our "buy online" offering. You'll be part of an eCommerce Sales team, prospecting new customers and converting inbound eCommerce leads into sales. You will work closely with other members of the sales team, and will report directly into the eCommerce Sales Manager.
The role is 5 days per week in our Holborn office.
What you'll do:
- Customers: You'll be confidently and professionally engaging with customers, and hand holding them through the process of buying a car in a completely remote experience
- Sales: You'll be maximising every opportunity to sell to customers, via prospecting via phone and converting inbound leads into sales. You'll manage the end to end customer sales process, while looking for opportunities to up-sell value added products (e.g. insurance, warranty)
- Feedback: You'll be feeding back insight to the eCommerce Sales Manager, helping to shape our future eCommerce proposition
- Teamwork: Working as a team of Sales Consultants to achieve your sales targets and quality SLAs. Working with our Account Management team, you will help provide feedback about our dealer partners, and won't be afraid to ask for their help to provide a best in class sales experience for our customers
- Customer satisfaction: Work with Customer Operations to make sure the customer is completely happy post sale, ensuring there's a smooth handover once the car is delivered
- Target driven: You enjoy working to targets, and will relish the hustle of a busy sales environment
- Proactive Dealer Partnership Support: Support in proactively recruiting new dealers by ensuring the customer service you provide them is of an excellent level. Maintain close relationships with existing dealer partners during the sales process to ensure outstanding customer service, enhancing the speed and efficiency of car deliveries from customer to dealer.
- Exclusive Car Promotion: Lead the promotion and sales of our exclusive and retail-ready cars, driving sales and underscoring the unique value of our offerings.
