Sales Assistant

Description:

JYSK is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Assistant who is passionate about providing excellent customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers. You will also have the responsibility of managing a section of the store and keeping it clean and well-stocked. The role involves receiving, unpacking, and organizing goods both in the store and warehouse. Key Responsibilities:

• Offer top customer service with a smile, ensuring that customers have a great shopping experience.

• Maintain a store that is clean, well-stocked, and inviting for customers.

• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing products in the store and warehouse.

• Take responsibility for your own area of the store and ensure it meets JYSK standards.

• Participate in store contests, social activities, and be part of a fun work environment.

Skills & Experience:

• Outgoing and initiative-driven, with a passion for customer service.

• Enthusiastic and enjoys engaging with customers.

• A strong team player, collaborating with colleagues to achieve excellent results.

• Flexible with hours and tasks, including working weekends.

• Must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting and organizing products.

Qualifications/Education:

• No formal qualifications required.

• Must be flexible with hours and available to work at least one weekend day per week (Saturday or Sunday).

This role requires a flexible and proactive team player who enjoys a variety of tasks.

No travel required.

Languages:
English (spoken and written).

Additional Information:

• Up to 32 hours per week.

• £12.55 per hour, with a lucrative sales bonus available when sales targets are met.

• Overtime available as requested.
