As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of Joules, ensuring that customers enjoy an exceptional shopping experience. You will combine your product knowledge with a friendly and engaging approach, helping customers find stylish, high-quality clothing, accessories, and homeware.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant and customer-focused retail team, where you will play a key role in delivering store targets, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Customer Service & Sales:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to create an amazing shopping experience.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently assist shoppers.

✅ Store Operations & Visual Merchandising:

• Ensure the shop floor and back of house are well-organized and presentable.
• Assist with stock replenishment, pricing, and product displays.
• Support the team in maintaining high operational standards.

✅ Teamwork & Brand Representation:

• Work as part of a close-knit team to achieve sales and performance targets.
• Represent Joules’ values and brand ethos, providing an enjoyable experience for customers.
• Take part in store events, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.

Shifts & Work Hours:

📅 8 hours per week
🕘 Sunday: 09:30 - 13:30
🕘 Monday: 09:30 - 13:30
