Hamilton Lab Solutions, an innovative pioneer in laboratory automation, is seeking a Sales & Application Specialist to support its growing Lab Solutions business unit. This strategically important division focuses on developing and selling cutting-edge benchtop devices for applications in genomics, proteomics, and cell biology.

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and target-driven professional with a background in biological sciences and laboratory automation. This role requires strong customer engagement, sales forecasting, and relationship-building skills to drive revenue growth and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

🔬 Customer Relations: Maintain and expand relationships with existing and new customers.
🤝 Strategic Networking: Develop strong relationships with key and reference clients.
📊 Sales Forecasting: Create and manage monthly sales forecasts.
📈 Sales Growth: Drive and exceed sales targets by building a robust sales pipeline.
🎯 Sales Strategy: Implement strategies to achieve tactical sales goals.
🌍 Industry Representation: Represent the company at conferences and trade shows.
📢 Marketing Support: Assist in multi-channel marketing activities.
📂 CRM Implementation: Support the planning and execution of customer engagement strategies.
🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with customer service, marketing, and other departments.

Candidate Requirements:

✅ Minimum MSc. degree in Biological Sciences or equivalent.
✅ Experience in sales or applications within life sciences.
✅ Knowledge of laboratory automation (preferred).
✅ Strong understanding of molecular biology principles, methods, and applications.
✅ Proven sales track record with a target-driven mindset.
✅ Excellent presentation & communication skills across business levels.
✅ Strong time management & prioritization skills.
✅ Effective relationship management and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
✅ Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
✅ Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.
