Description:

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales and Marketing Treatment Coordinator located in Cambridge. The Sales and Marketing Treatment Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with private and specialist dental treatments, including discussing and explaining treatment plans created by a dentist, general customer service, communication with patients, finance and general enquiries. The role also involves management of appointments, coordination with clinicians, and various tasks that ensure excellent treatment coordination and exceed the expectations of patients.
