In this strategic role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, elevate our learning offer, and drive commercial growth through outstanding customer excellence and innovative sales approaches. Collaborating with a dynamic team and key partners, the successful candidate will excel at establishing their customers' needs and identifying impactful learning solutions from our development options, or scoping bespoke leadership development projects to achieve the desired outcomes.
The Role:
SALES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
· Lead Generation: Utilising channels such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, networking opportunities, referrals and new business outreach to identify and target potential new sales and generate leads
· New Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, collaborating with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement targeted campaigns and utilising LinkedIn Sales Navigator to prospect, identify and connect with key decision-makers and potential customers
· Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and prospects
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
· Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing members and non-members, understanding their needs and preferences
· Customer Satisfaction: Proactively identify and address customer needs and concerns, ensuring solutions are maximised and opportunities explored, responding professionally and promptly to increase loyalty
COLLABORATION
· Networking: Enhance our member relationships through industry events, LinkedIn usage and regular meetings with key accounts to strengthen our customer base, being a brand ambassador for both BRC and the Learning team
· Partnerships: Working closely with our Associate learning partners to keep updated on changes to products, events and services and identifying opportunities for further revenue
ANALYSIS AND REPORTING
· CRM System Management: Efficiently manage and update customer data within the CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics), ensuring accuracy and attention to detail is maintained
· Customer Success Reporting: Provide regular commercial reports and analysis to inform the sales strategy and monitor engagement and progress against performance and targets
To be successful in this role, you will have :
· Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong organisational and time management skills
· Proficiency in CRM software
· Ideally proficient in using LinkedIn and tools such as Sales Navigator
· Strong business development and networking skills and a passion, interest and experience of working in the learning industry
· Highly self-motivated individual who can work independently, as well as working as a collaborative team member
· Has a proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to cope with a fast-pace, complex, and rapidly changing environment;
