MacGregor Black are partnering with a Leading Packaging Brand on the search for a Sales Administrator. This is a perm role based in Durham.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Liaise with customers both via telephone and email
  • Create new customer accounts
  • Convert from quotation to order
  • Monitor customer ordering performance
  • Maintain good customer service
  • Maintain customer records
  • Complete daily interactions
  • Chase customer opportunities

 

What are we looking for?

 

  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Essential)
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams (Essential)
  • Experience with Sharepoint (Advantageous)
  • Experience with Business Central (Advantageous)
  • Previous experience in a similar type of role (Desirable)
