Description:

  • Processing a high volume of orders
  • Preparing UK, EU & Export documentation
  • Checking with production and purchasing on the availability of goods
  • Producing quotes for customers
  • Issuing pro forma invoices
  • Producing reports
  • Assisting with the service desk and taking customer calls
  • Maintaining and updating records on the in-house system

  • Previous Export experience
  • Fluent in French, German or Spanish
  • Excellent administrative and customer service skills
  • Confident user of Microsoft office packages
  • Able to use your own initiative and prioritise a busy workload
