Sales Administrator Key Skills:

  • Background within manufacturing or engineering administration
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Fantastic organisation skills
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Any invoice production experience would be useful
  • Customer service skills including taking and making phone calls to customers

Sales Administrator Duties:

  • Taking and progressing customer orders for company products
  • Co-ordinate with the engineering and manufacturing teams on orders
  • Entering data into company CRM and ERP systems
  • Speak with external suppliers and internal teams
  • Producing and sending invoices out to customers
