Qualifications & Skills:

Sales Expertise: Proven experience in profitable sales, preferably in bakery goods, food, or hospitality industries.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the food service sector and wholesale operations.
Communication & Negotiation: Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to develop strategies.
IT Proficiency: Must be articulate, numerate, and proficient with IT tools.
Self-Motivation: Driven and results-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Driving License: Full UK driving license required.
