Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive the growth of our e-cigarette sales. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and senior management teams to enhance our market presence and boost sales in the rapidly growing e-cigarette industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Expansion & Business Development:
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market reach in assigned regions.
Identify and target potential new customers, partnerships, and distribution channels.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead of industry developments.
Sales & Revenue Generation:
Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives within the specified territories.
Lead negotiations and close high-value sales deals with distributors, retailers, and key clients.
Monitor and optimize the sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue generation.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Provide ongoing support and ensure client satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships.
Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Requirements:
Proven experience (3+ years) in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the e-cigarette, tobacco, or FMCG sectors.
Strong knowledge of the e-cigarette industry, market dynamics, and regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
Willingness to travel as required.
