Royalties Manager

Reporting into the Director of Royalties, this is a newly created position in line with the business’s growth. In terms of the day-to-day, you will be responsible for streamlining the royalties systems and integrating with the various global arms of the business. There will be plenty of opportunities to lead on exciting projects to drive efficiencies through the business as well as provide key pieces of analysis. There will also be a lot of support given to the Royalties Director, gaining exposure to more senior duties aiding with learning and development, in line with their culture of internal growth opportunities.

Duties:

• Generating royalties statements
• Maintenance and setup of new release and tracks
• Handling royalty error reports, reconciliations and correcting adjustments
• Setup of contracts into royalties system
• Managing statement accounts
• Provide analysis of sales date / trends for general management information
• Mapping out data of recent label acquisitions
• Identifying errors or gaps and rectifying as appropriate
• Analysis of original royalties statements and contracts
• Regular liaising with senior stakeholders
