As a Roofer you will be working in our social housing background, providing a stable and profitable contract, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community.

A Roofer in our Milton Keynes branch you will be Part of a local team undertaking high standard Roof repairs and refurbishment activities to Housing properties, delivering best in class customer service and satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards.

As part of this role you would be expected to be a mentor to an apprentice and to complete the following

• Gutter clearances
• Gutter repairs and renewals
• Fascia & soffit repair and renewal
• Flat roof repairs and renewal
• Pitch roof repairs (small and large)
• Slate repairs
• Lead repairs , renewal
• Make safe areas
• Book scaffolding (provide accurate information for sizing)
• Fit loft ventilation (vent tiles)
• Inspect concerns raised by tenants
• Liaise with supervisors and other trades
• Complete PDA accurately and on time
• Attend tool box talks
