Robotics Deployment Engineer

Description:

As a Robotics Deployment Engineer, you will be the key link between our technology and customer operations, ensuring seamless deployment and optimization of robotic systems at client sites.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading on-site deployments, integration, and commissioning of Rivelin robotic systems.

• Collaborating with customers to troubleshoot, optimize, and refine system performance.

• Providing expert technical support and training to customer teams.

• Coordinating with internal engineering teams to tailor hardware and software solutions.

• Conducting Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) and demonstrating Rivelin’s technology.

• Gaining in-depth expertise in NetShape®, our flagship robot control, teaching, and perception platform.

Requirements:

• A degree, apprenticeship, or industrial experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.

• Experience in robotics, automation, or industrial machinery deployment (e.g., panel building).

• Strong problem-solving and hands-on troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with customers.

• Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites both domestically and internationally.

• Bonus: Experience with CAD software (ideally Fusion 360).

• Bonus: Familiarity with PLC programming (IEC 61131-3) and Beckhoff TwinCAT environment.
