Rewards Manager

  • Oversee the implementation of our reward packages to motivate and engage employees and position our firm as an attractive workplace for both current and potential team members.
  • Assist with the annual salary review process, which includes project planning, pay band benchmarking, and providing support to the Head of HR Operations, HR Business Partners, and Advisors.
  • Help implement variable pay schemes for employees and partners.
  • Review benefits and conduct market research to ensure our pay aligns with industry standards and supports our employee value proposition.
  • Collaborate with external partners to design and manage benefits for employees and partners.
  • Review and approve the monthly payroll.
  • Lead reporting capabilities for HR systems, generating regular reports and addressing additional information requests.
  • Help maintain and update our HR system.
  • Manage legal reporting requirements, such as gender pay gap reporting
