- Oversee the implementation of our reward packages to motivate and engage employees and position our firm as an attractive workplace for both current and potential team members.
- Assist with the annual salary review process, which includes project planning, pay band benchmarking, and providing support to the Head of HR Operations, HR Business Partners, and Advisors.
- Help implement variable pay schemes for employees and partners.
- Review benefits and conduct market research to ensure our pay aligns with industry standards and supports our employee value proposition.
- Collaborate with external partners to design and manage benefits for employees and partners.
- Review and approve the monthly payroll.
- Lead reporting capabilities for HR systems, generating regular reports and addressing additional information requests.
