Retention Marketing Executive

Description:

We are looking for a Retention Marketing Executive to join our accomplished Commerce team on a Maternity cover contract. As Retention Marketing Executive, You will be an expert in your field, developing engaging campaigns across digital and print to retain new and existing customers. You will work with our content and Digital Store, and performance specialist teams to drive progress and grow an increasingly loyal customer base.

Your Impact
 

• Developing, planning, executing and controlling Retention Marketing Activities within key Customer Life Stages including: Lead Generation, New Name Retention, Loyalty / Existing Customer Retention, Churn Prevention & Reactivation
• Developing weekly and monthly goals within the key areas and set up campaigns to drive and improve results on an ongoing basis.
• Responsible for reporting results and driving insights and learnings to deliver new opportunities for the business or trials.
• Creating Campaigns to engage and retain customers
   

What You Bring
 

• Experience in Retention Marketing both digital and direct (DM).
• Drive profitable sales and customer development.
• Technical knowledge Retention Marketing Tools (e.g. Campaign Management Tools, Marketing Automation, Machine Learning)
• Analytical with the ability to present complex issues in a customizable way.
• Organised and able to manage and deliver multiple campaigns as part of the small team.
• Liaising with different levels up to executive level and to work in an international environment with teams in different markets
• Strong experience in translating data insights into clear actions and having the capability to convince and engage other stakeholders
