Your role: To ensure the success of this venture, we are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Travel Customer Service Agent who has a passion for travel, a proven background in luxury travel and tailor-made holidays, and the ability to build strong client relationships with best in class customer service excellence.
Day to day you will:
- Manage flight and accommodation changes, schedule queues, and collaborate with internal departments and suppliers to resolve issues.
- Run and action dispatch and administration reports while professionally handling customer and departmental enquiries.
- Use booking systems for all holiday elements and manage multiple email inboxes to maintain seamless communication.
- Manage quoting amendments, cancellations and re-invoicing to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and analyse trends in common issues, implementing solutions to enhance guest experiences and streamline operations.
- Address and manage pre and post-departure queries as well as in-resort issues, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
