**Key Responsibilities:**

- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude

- Provide product information and recommendations, sharing knowledge about Brazilian culture and products

- Maintain the shop's appearance by organizing shelves and displays

- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

- Support stock management and replenishment tasks

- Participate in promotional activities and events

**Requirements:**

- Minimum of 2 years sales experience

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- A positive attitude and a strong sense of initiative

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Speaking Portuguese would be a plus

- Familiarity with Shopify and Canva is a plus

- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
