Description:
Flora Food Group, a global leader in plant-based food products, is seeking a Retail Key Account Manager to manage and grow its business with Co-op and Iceland. This pivotal role focuses on driving sales, enhancing relationships, and executing strategic business plans for our iconic brands, including Flora, ProActiv, and Elmlea.
This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week in the London office.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Account Management:
- Manage P&L performance for assigned retail accounts, ensuring financially optimized results.
- Develop and execute annual account plans to maximize sales potential and identify growth opportunities.
- Implement actionable strategies to mitigate risks and drive revenue growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with the Category team to analyze market dynamics and develop customer-specific insights.
- Partner with the Supply Chain team to ensure efficient operations and high service levels.
- Collaborate with Marketing to launch new product developments (NPDs) successfully.
Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Report to the Business Unit Lead, contributing to the overall growth and strategic direction of Flora Food Group.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Retail Key Account Manager in FMCG.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a track record of achieving sales and P&L targets.
- Commercial acumen, holding self and others accountable for performance.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor data, transforming insights into actionable strategies.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
