About the Role:

Screwfix is looking for a Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team at the Bristol - Whiteladies Road branch. As a Retail Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of the store, helping customers find the right products and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Host: Greet and welcome customers into the store, understand their needs, and guide them to the right products.
- Warehouse Standards: Assist with deliveries, stock management, and ensuring the store is well-organised and maintained.
- Order Collection: Help collect customer orders and ensure that high standards are maintained throughout the store.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside a friendly team, taking pride in the store and supporting each other to deliver excellent service.
