Providing a warm welcome to all customers, you will have a positive and friendly attitude and ensure excellent customer service is always given
Identify and act on opportunities to upsell products to customers, to maximise sales and profitability.
Make sure stock levels are maintained, topping up low stock levels as required.
Managing customer complaints within company processes.
Operating the till, making sure the correct prices are charged, transactions are completed for all sales, and any refunds are completed, all following company policies.
