Oxford Bus Company/City Sightseeing Oxford are looking to recruit a Retail & Tourism Assistant to work at our very busy and successful City Centre Travel Shop and Visitor Information Point.

The role of a Retail & Tourism Assistant is primarily a customer-facing retail role, so good customer-focus skills are essential; additionally, the role requires extensive use of IT in relation to the Key product, so the successful candidates must also be able to demonstrate their IT skills. The person we are looking for must be a highly motivated and enthusiastic team player, but with an ability to work unsupervised and to display initiative.
