Restaurant Shift Leader

As part of our Food and Beverage Team, you will…
 

• Deputise in the absence of the Restaurant Manager, escalating any issues when required.
• Provide a safe and secure environment for our Team and Guests.
• Induct & support new starters and the completion of core departmental training.
• Deliver a hands-on approach to restaurant duties and greeting our guests.
• Lead & coach the team on shift to ensure all areas of responsibility are met by the Team.

Experience And Qualifications

You may already be a Supervisor, Deputy Manager or Team Leader in a Restaurant, local pub/bar, or within a customer service/retail environment. Or perhaps you're already an F&B superstar and you’re ready for that next step in your career which is great! All we are looking for is a ‘Team Player’ who is eager and willing to learn, with a huge portion of passion on the side.
