Description:
Successful candidates must be able to prioritise tasks, manage conflicting demands around time and resources; and problem solve to deliver objectives.
You will need the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and systems, with fast and accurate keyboard skills. You must be able to multitask using the computer, telephone and radio whilst making quick decisions that will directly affect patient care in acute circumstances. Attention to detail with a high level of customer service skills – empathy, listening and negotiation are fundamental to fulfilling the role, as is excellent communication and team working.
