You’ll manage your own caseload of residential property sales and purchases, handle all aspects from instruction to completion, and deliver an industry-leading client experience—all from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.

• Use Eden’s case management system to keep tasks updated in real-time.

• Communicate proactively with clients, partners, and third parties to ensure seamless case progression.

• Handle exchanges and completions, working with your team to meet critical deadlines.

• Provide cover and support for colleagues when required under the direction of your Team Leader.

• Maintain exceptional levels of client service, meeting KPIs aligned with customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in residential conveyancing.

• Qualified as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive.

• Recent completion of AML (Anti-Money Laundering) training and evidence of CPD.

• Strong digital literacy and confidence in working with tech-enabled legal tools.

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

• Ambition to deepen knowledge and grow within the conveyancing field.
