Residential Conveyancing Lawyer

A fantastic, collaborative client of mine located in Cambridgeshire are currently looking for an outstanding and knowledgeable lawyer to join our team on a full-time basis.

We are seeking an ambitious and pro-active professional who excels in a fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid role, with both flexible office-based and remote working available.

As an integral part of the conveyancing team, you will be working on a variety of residential cases, from sales and purchases to remortgages and transfers of equity. You will be tasked with leading the file from start to finish, providing clients with an efficient and seamless service.

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 2 years' PQE. We are looking for someone who is a confident communicator, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

You should have a good knowledge of the legal landscape (including SRA regulations) and be able to take a proactive approach to problem solving. You should also be well-organised and able to manage multiple deadlines.
